Leadership Academy - Personal Leadership

Our associates are piloting this Leadership Programme nationally. It focuses upon the demonstration of personal leadership within your organisation. It primarily looks at the interplay between the organisation, its challenges and the different ways in which you personally have an impact.

The module divides into four main parts:

  1. Ways of understanding leadership roles and challenges. This will draw upon models of leadership known to work well in the public and private sectors
  2. Mapping the current and future demands on you as leader
  3. A chance to examine your own style of leadership with colleagues and think about your personal development
  4. Provide a series of sessions which focus upon making things happen

    - Leading the implementation of change
    - Leading the politics of change
    - Leading people through emotionally challenging change.

The sessions introduce techniques that are tried and tested.

Combined these four parts will assist you in developing your personal leadership and having a clear plan to effect change back at the workplace.

Transitional Space also run bespoke leadership programmes together with individual face-to-face and electronic coaching and mentoring.

Organisational Change Interventions

Transitional Space have used their tried and tested model of organisational interventions not only for individual and team development but run programmes for organisations experiencing step change.

Coaching for Performance
